General
Early Bird prices will only be applied if payment is received, in full, no later than 5pm on 24 March 2025.
All Hydrogen Council invoices in relation to the event must be paid in full by the due date and prior to the event start date.
Cancellation Policy
Registrations for the event may be transferred to another individual up to 72 hours prior to the event start with the payment of an administration charge of 15% of the registration fee paid in full, provided any such individual acknowledges and accepts the event’s Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation of a registration made more than 30 days prior to the event are fully refundable minus a $350 plus GST service charge per registrant. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date.
Cancellation must be advised in writing by email, otherwise the full fee will be charged.
If the event is cancelled or postponed due to forces outside the event organiser’s control, the registration fee will roll over to the new date, or a future credit for use within 12 months for another Hydrogen Council event will be issued.
The organiser shall not be liable for any damages, costs or losses incurred as a result. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to arrange appropriate personal insurance in connection with their attendance at the event and associated bookings.
Code of Conduct
The New Zealand Hydrogen Council is committed to creating quality events within safe and respectful environments for all attendees to share knowledge, express their thoughts and opinions and network. Our Code of Conduct requires all attendees and stakeholders to act in a manner that is harassment-free and respectful of all people in a public environment.
At its sole discretion and without refund, the event organiser reserves the right to refuse admittance to or expel anyone from the event who it determines is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the event or pose any danger to any other attendee. By registering for this event, you consent and agree that in the case of this occurrence, no refund will be provided.
Personal Information
By submitting registration details, the attendee agrees and acknowledges that any personal information submitted to the Hydrogen Council in connection with the event may be shared with:
(a) Affiliates of the Hydrogen Council;
(b) Third parties providing services specific to the event attendance, including, but not limited to: registration software providers, website providers, networking providers, venue & event organisers; and
(c) Government entities and regulatory authorities as required by law.
The attendee further agrees and acknowledges that their personal information will be used to create a delegate list (physical or digital) for the event containing the attendee’s name, organisation and job title.
Programme Updates
The Hydrogen Council reserves the right to make amendments to the programme deemed to be in the best interest of the event. The programme is correct at the time of printing, please check online for any updates to the programme.
Media
The Hydrogen Council reserves the right to use any photographs, recordings, electronic images or publicity material obtained during the course of any of its events. The Hydrogen Council retains the exclusive right to include photographic, video and/or other visual portrayals of attendees, sponsors in its contents, in any pictorial medium of any nature whatsoever for the purpose of trade, advertising, sales, publicity and otherwise, without further compensation to the attendee, speaker, sponsor and/or exhibitor.
Not-for-profit Member Registrations
Not-for-profit Member registrations are limited to one registration per Not-for-profit Member organisation. Additional registrations will be at Non-Member rates.
Student Registrations
The allocation of student registrations at Hydrogen Council events are limited to 10 on a first come, first served basis. Student attendees must be 18 years or over and accept that Student ID may be requested at any time by the organiser.
